Exit Autobahn 27 (Bremerhaven-Fishereihaven)
Keep straight until you reach the end of Georg Street 2. (A yellow building to your left)

Directions from the Train Station:

Take Haupt Street to Bismarck Street. Follow Bismarck Street to Georg Street and the Hotel will be located to your left.
